software engineers who develop algorithms and application code for embedded controller\nEngage with Mechanical, Systems, Test, Quality, manufacturing, and Reliability Engineers\nCoach and provide guidance for junior level engineers for critical technical test and decisions.\n\nMinimum M.S. in Electrical Engineering (Ph.D. preferred), specializing in power electronics\nMinimum 3 years’ experience developing high power electronics\nDeep understanding of power semiconductor switches and diodes, and their characteristics\nUnderstanding of devices built upon various materials such as silicon, SiC, and GaN\nStrong experience designing and analyzing inverter and converter circuits including gate drivers\nKnowledge and experience with embedded control of power electronic circuits\nPower converters and grid tie control\nPWM methods\nPower converter thermal analysis and protection\nDual active bridge DC/DC modeling and control\nExperience with bidirectional power conversion\nExperience of EMI/EMC filter design for power electronics products\nSkilled working in lab environment with high voltage and current\nExperience using software tools such as Spice, PLECS, Mathcad, Ansys Simplorer, and Matlab\nExperience using FEA simulation tool such as Ansys Maxwell/Q3D or equivalent\nAbility to work in a fast-paced development
