The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, take initiative, and contribute to a well-organized warehouse environment.**Schedule & Pay**+ **Monday-Friday:** 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM+ **Occasional weekends** as business needs require+ **Pay:** $17.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience**Key Responsibilities**+ Accurately pull, pack, and ship customer orders+ Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory shipments+ Count, sort, inspect, and package products+ Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization+ Perform weekly cycle counts and inventory audits+ Support inventory management efforts+ Provide excellent customer service+ Assist with local deliveries using a box truck when needed+ Follow safety and operational procedures while working with warehouse inventory and materials**Qualifications**+ Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience+ Experience with cycle counts and inventory control preferred+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills+ Ability to lift and move products throughout the warehouse+ Valid driver's license required+ Box truck driving experience preferred+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision+ Strong attendance and reliability record+ Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset**Pay Details:** $17.00 to $20.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
