Established, Entrepreneurial, Empowered...Explore the Opportunities!Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to support a largescale, global business and ERP transformation. The Project Manager will partner closely with the Procurement & Planning Director and cross-functional workstream leads to drive execution, coordination, and delivery across Supply Chain, IT, ERP (SAP), Data Migration, and business process workstreams.This role is hands-on and execution focused, ideal for a project manager who is comfortable operating in complex, fastmoving transformation environments with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and governance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & CoordinationManage day to day execution of assigned project workstreams, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly tracked and progressed.Partner closely with the Procurement & Planning Director to support Supply Chain planning, production, and operational readiness activities, including milestone tracking and issue resolution.Coordinate across ERP (SAP), Data Migration, IT, and business teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverablesPlanning, Tracking & ReportingMaintain integrated project plans, RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and action trackers.Prepare clear, concise status updates for weekly project forums, including leadership and steering committee readouts.Track progress against key milestones such as User Acceptance Testing, data validation, cutover readiness, and "Go Live" activities.Stakeholder & Governance SupportFacilitate cross-functional meetings, working sessions, and decision forums.Ensure adherence to project governance, documentation, and approval processes.Support audit, compliance, and control activities in partnership with IT and governance leads.Issue & Dependency ManagementProactively identify risks, gaps, and cross workstream dependencies; escalate with recommended mitigation plans.Support resolution of integration challenges across regions, systems, and functional teams.Required Qualifications2+ years of project management experience supporting transformation, system implementation, or operational improvement initiatives.Exposure to ERP or SAP enabled programs (Supply Chain, OTC, STP, Finance, or Data preferred).Experience coordinating work across multiple teams or workstreamsAbility to manage ambiguity and follow through on execution itemsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProcurement experience and/or experience in ERP purchasing modulePreferred QualificationsExperience supporting data migration, UAT User Acceptance Testing, and "Go Live" readiness activitiesBackground in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or OperationsExperience working with system integrators or contract resourcesFamiliarity with Smartsheet or similar project tracking toolsWhy This Role MattersThis role provides the opportunity to:Gain experience on a global ERP and business transformationPartner closely with Supply Chain leadership, including the Procurement & Planning DirectorPlay a key role in enabling execution, visibility, and operational readiness across the programWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
