Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for coordinating with other ETS team members and building strong relationships with clients.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nCoordinate project schedules with customers and internal teams\nPrepare for installations by reviewing project documentation and gathering tools, equipment, and materials\nPlan installations by evaluating locations, identifying access points, and determining wiring layouts\nInstall structured cabling systems including Cat5/5e/6, coaxial, and fiber optic cabling\nPull, route, terminate, and label cables according to industry standards and project plans\nProgram, configure, and calibrate equipment as needed\nTest systems and connections to verify proper functionality\nDiagnose and resolve cabling or connectivity issues\nMaintain accurate documentation of installations, service work, and repairs\nCommunicate effectively with customers to address questions or concerns\nMaintain strong customer relationships through professional service\nFollow safe work practices and maintain a safe work environment\nManage inventory of tools, supplies, and materials as needed\nIdentify opportunities to improve project outcomes and deliver additional value to clients\n\nJob Requirements\nValid driver’s license\nAbility to pass criminal background and MVR (driving record) screening\nAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screening\nAbility to lift up to 70 pounds\nAbility to climb ladders up to 40 feet\nComfortable working at heights (tower climbing experience preferred)\nWillingness to travel within Utah and Southern Idaho\n\nDesired Skills\n\nSuccessful candidates typically demonstrate:\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills\nExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills\nCreative problem-solving abilities\nStrong written and verbal communication\nEffective time management and organizational skills\nManual dexterity for installation and repair work\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\n\nExperience & Certifications\n\nETS values candidates with diverse backgrounds and hands-on technical experience.
