Hotshot truck driver

Company Description Atlanta, grorgia based trucking company is looking for an experienced hotshot truck driver . Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Truck Driver located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Truck Driver will be responsible for operating trucks to transport goods and materials safely and efficiently. Daily tasks include supervising loading and unloading cargo, performing vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness, maintaining accurate delivery logs, and adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. The role requires timely delivery to various destinations and maintaining communication with dispatch. Qualifications Valid CDL Class A and a proven track record in Truck DrivingProficiency in safely operating and maintaining trucks, as well as performing loading and unloading tasksKnowledge of DOT Regulations and adherence to transportation safety standardsStrong time management skills and attention to detailGood physical condition to handle duties involving lifting and long hours of drivingStrong communication skills to interact with dispatchers and clientsPreferred qualifications: familiarity with the local Atlanta Metropolitan Area, high school diploma or equivalent, and experience with long-haul or specialized hauling
