Join us and be part of a global team that’s passionate about driving innovation and making a difference.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesAs a Brand Technical Specialist, you will utilize extensive technical knowledge to sell Business Unit specialty or brand products to clients, removing technical inhibitors to sales opportunities. You will design viable client solutions by leveraging current product capabilities and provide input to product teams for solutions refinement. Your primary responsibilities will include: Deliver Technical Proof Points: Create and deliver technical proof points through technical accelerators, such as demonstrations, POTs, POCs, Workshops, Solution Design, Proposals, and MVPs, to drive sales and articulate the value proposition / ROI. Maintain Platform Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on strong platform and product knowledge to construct relevant use cases and understand the competitive landscape. Design Client Solutions: Leverage current product capabilities to design viable client solutions, providing input to product teams for solutions refinement. Provide Experiential Selling: Utilize a "show me, don't tell me" approach to deliver customized experiential selling, demonstrating the value of products to clients. Develop Use Cases: Construct relevant use cases to drive sales, articulating the value proposition / ROI and understanding the competitive landscape.Required:Required technical and professional expertiseExperience operating Linux and Windows systems * Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, CI/CD, and version control solutions Basic understanding of Infrastructure as Code Exposure to and understanding of at least one public cloud service provider and their most common services The ability to work well in group environments The ability to work independently, executing on a provided roadmap The ability to explain complex technical topics in simple terms Familiarity with common security and compliance requirementsRequired:Preferred technical and professional experienceExperience operating Linux and Windows systems * Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, CI/CD, and version control solutions Basic understanding of Infrastructure as Code Exposure to and understanding of at least one public cloud service provider and their most common services The ability to work well in group environments The ability to work independently, executing on a provided roadmap The ability to explain complex technical topics in simple terms Familiarity with common security and compliance requirements
