{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"08e9925b92d79a30e2fe0c86","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/08e9925b92d79a30e2fe0c86","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/08e9925b92d79a30e2fe0c86","title":"Mitigation Manager","description":"Position Summary / Purpose:\nCreate high levels of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations and fulfilling the company’s contractual obligations through the timely and profitable delivery of our restoration services.\nExceed established restoration performance standards through continuous process improvement and training and development of restoration staff.\n\nPrinciple Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nKnowledge of Xactimate and Drybook (preferred)\nMeet targets for quality ratings and customer satisfaction\nMaintain sufficient production capacity through staffing, equipping, and supplying the service divisions\nMaintain market leadership through continuous implementation of state-of-the-art technology as it pertains to our services.\nCoordinate/Assist the Project Coordinator with scheduling technicians, laborers, and subcontractors\nSchedule jobs and maintain project and profitability efficiency\nMaintain timely and accurate flow of production reporting from field operations to administration.\nEffectively train production staff to meet goals for quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction\nPerform restoration work as needed\nEnsure clear communication with the warehouse and fleet manager on vehicle maintenance and with inventory and equipment supply levels.\nOversee/write job estimates\nAssist in interviewing, hiring, training, disciplining, and discharging employees that directly or laterally report to you..\nMeet with homeowners, agents, and adjusters as needed and required\nReview job costing on completed work\nCommunicate with customers and conduct in-home inspections as needed\nAdditional Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nAttend and assist in conducting company meetings\nParticipate in community-related organizations\nAttend trade seminars, training classes, and workshops\nPerformance Competencies:\nGood Oral & Written Communication\nStrong Team Building, Leadership, and Mentoring Skills\nAbility to Plan and Organize\nAbility to have Constructive Confrontation and provide feedback to individuals and groups\nDependability\nAble to learn and excel with new Technology\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh School or GED\nFour (4) to five (5) years of experience in the cleaning/restoration industry or an Associate (2-year) degree in a business-related field.\nTeam leader or supervisory responsibility experience is preferred.\nTechnical Skills:\nAdvanced technical skills, experience, and certification in the areas of services the company provides.\nComputer Skills:\nDemonstrates intermediate to advanced proficiency in the use of computers and computer software\nExperience with Xactimate or another service estimating software is a plus\nCertificates, Licenses and Registrations:\nNone is required for this position but IICRC or OSHA certifications are a plus.\n\nPhysical Demands:\nThe physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
