Senior Sales Manager (Remote – U.S.) Drive Enterprise Growth in a High-Demand SaaS Market $110-120K Base + Commission = $220- 240K OTE - 50/50 SplitWe’re seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to help drive growth within the rapidly expanding IT automation and enterprise software space. This is a strategic, quota-carrying role focused on developing enterprise relationships, closing complex software deals, and expanding market presence across large-scale organizations. Preference will be given to candidates located in the Midwest or West Coast regions.What You’ll Do Enterprise Sales & Business Development Drive new business development and expand enterprise accounts Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with long-term account strategies Identify, engage, and close strategic opportunities with enterprise customers Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation Client Relationship Management Develop trusted relationships with executive-level decision makers Deliver compelling value propositions and business cases Partner cross-functionally with technical and internal teams to support customer success Increase product adoption and visibility within existing accounts Sales Strategy & Execution Sell complex SaaS, enterprise software, and professional services solutions Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting Execute consultative and ROI-driven sales strategies Support marketing and go-to-market initiatives when needed What We’re Looking For Required Experience 10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience Proven success selling SaaS or enterprise software solutions Experience managing strategic or global accounts Strong background in consultative/value-based selling Preferred Experience IT infrastructure, workload automation, or IT operations experience Experience with enterprise automation or file transfer technologies MBA or advanced business/technical education preferred Skills & Competencies Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills Strong ability to influence executive stakeholders Experience with Salesforce CRM and standard business tools Self-starter with strong organizational and forecasting abilities Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed Why Join Us?
