About the Opportunity:The Branch Coordinator role supports the daily operations of a branch office and its management team. This position plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between sales teams, patients, and other departments. By managing documentation, customer inquiries, and logistics related to medical equipment delivery and service, the role contributes to timely and effective patient care. It is a remote position requiring proximity to the Tampa area, designed to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.3. Responsibilities:• Collaborate with sales, referrals, and patients to gather necessary documentation to meet insurance requirements• Respond to customer calls, provide information, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns as needed• Manage processing tasks including intakes, appointment confirmations, insurance verifications, and authorizations• Perform post-delivery work order confirmation and data entry• Initiate outbound communications (calls, faxes, texts) to patients and referrals upon order receipt• Conduct equipment data downloads as directed• Handle audit and documentation requests, assist with billing document retrieval• Support overnight oximetry program operations• Collect billing and credit card information when required• Assist with scheduling equipment delivery and pickup• Maintain filing and faxing of records routinely• Instruct patients on equipment setup and returns, explain insurance and payments• Conduct outbound customer satisfaction calls• Order inventory and office supplies• Perform other duties as assigned4. Requirements:• High school diploma or GED• Minimum two years of related office experience preferred• Successful completion of background check• Strong organizational, customer service, problem-solving, phone, interpersonal, and teamwork skills• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively via phone and electronic systems• Competency testing required prior to coordinating or handling respiratory equipment• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment (printing, faxing, scanning)• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking• Basic math skills• Preferred: knowledge of DOT/FDA regulations, bilingual abilities, and experience in public service or service management5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Hourly range: $17.64 to $20.00, with actual compensation based on experience, skills, education, and location6.
