Warehouse Associate

Qualification/Knowledge/Skills Required:High School Diploma or GED requiredStrong organizational and time management skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyExperience operating a forklift preferredBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Office experienceAbility to physically stand for extended periods and lift up to 70 pounds regularlyOSHA 10 (will certify if required)Position Summary:This position is a warehouse role, and daily responsibilities will be driven by order volume and facility needs. This is a critical role in our organization, and overtime may be required based on our business needs. Warehouse functions include accurately processing, packing, and shipping orders as well as receiving and appropriately sorting, labeling, and shelving incoming products. Conduct Physical Inventory Cycle Counts as required. Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment. Communicate with internal departments regarding shipping and receiving status updates. Perform data entry and inventory transactions within NetSuiteThis position works closely with team members to ensure operational goals are met and may assist with shop related tasks as needed.Responsibilities:Accurately process, package, and ship customer ordersSchedule LTL and FTL freight shipmentsReceive, unload, label, and stock incoming inventoryOrganize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage locationsPerform Physical Inventory Cycle Counts as requiredMaintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standardsCommunicate shipping and receiving status updates with internal departmentsPerform data entry and inventory transactions within NetSuiteAssist with additional warehouse or shop duties as assignedOvertime may be requiredCompensation: $21 to $23 per hour.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
