The Operations Associate works on a team lead by the Operations Management team. They are a part of the backbone that keeps the retail store operating at an operationally efficient and effective capacity. They are the gatekeepers of the back house, product organization and upkeep.RESPONSIBILITIESPrimary Responsibilities:\r\nPartner with Store Leadership to execute tasks that streamline the product cycle.\r\nFollow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure product is readily available for clients.\r\nEnsure assigned tasks are completed in an efficient and accurate manner.\r\nProvide a friendly and welcoming environment to both our external and internal clients.\r\nConsistently work with the sales-floor team to ensure customers are receiving product in a timely manner.\r\nAssist in Operations Management in maintaining a clean and safe workspace.\r\nExecuting any necessary assigned tasks before or after regular store operating hours.\r\nEnsure adherence to all company policy and procedures.\r\nPromote and maintain an environment that is sharply focused on consistently delivering exceptional, positive, in-store customer service.\r\nDisplay expert product knowledge of product, company history, company policies and store/company strategies\r\nAssist store management team with housekeeping responsibilities including but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, collection of trash, and other tasks traditionally associated with standard retail operations.\r\nSpecial Projects:Participate and assist in Physical Inventories as required by the business.\r\nAssist Merchandising team during visual initiatives as required by the business.\r\nREQUIREMENTSAvailability:Open & flexible availability, including but not limited to evenings, overnights, and weekends as well as Holidays.\r\nAvailability to consistently work weekends, special projects, drops/releases or as the business' needs require.\r\nExperience:1-2 years working in a retail operations position\r\n1+ years in a retail/apparel environment is a plus\r\nSkills/Abilities:Basic computer skills\r\nEfficient time management skills\r\nAbility to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once\r\nEfficient communication with customers, peers, or Direct-Reports\r\nAbility to meet the physical requirements of the job\r\nAbility to lift and move 25lbs.\r\nAbility to perform standard tasks that are related to retail operations including but not limited to, bending, twisting, and climbing ladders/step stools.\r\nAbility to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.\r\nWHO YOU AREProfessional Characteristics:Team-Player\r\nSupportive\r\nSelf-starter\r\nGoal oriented\r\nPersonal Characteristics:Organized\r\nCommunicative\r\nReliable & trustworthy*Only permanent positions are eligible for commission(s)WHO WE AREKith is an equal employment opportunity employer.
