You will drive the processes transforming data at monday, and own cross-platform cascading effects and workflows.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nLead product vision and roadmap: Define and implement the strategy for data modelling and workflow optimization across the platform, ensuring it supports complex organizational needs.\r\nData-driven product development: Use customer insights, data trends, and feedback to continuously optimize how users create and manage their workflows on monday.com.\r\nCross-functional collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to design scalable data structures that model complex team interactions, workflows, and project dependencies.\r\nStakeholder management: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and maintain clear communication throughout the product lifecycle.\r\nMeasure and optimize: Analyze user data and platform performance to refine and improve workflow-related features and functionalities.\r\nYour Experience & Skills\r\n7+ years of product management experience\r\nStrong technical background and experience working with engineering teams to develop data-driven products.\r\nProven ability to build and scale data structures that support complex workflows and organizational processes.\r\nExperience with databases and tools like Redis, Snowflake, or similar, to handle large-scale data management.\r\nExcellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\r\nA passion for enhancing team productivity through innovative product solutions.\r\nYou are a quick learner who adapts well and thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.\r\nMeet the Product team\r\nThe Product Team is a group of innovative individuals who are passionate about building impactful, state-of-the art products and thrive in a hyper-growth and problem-solving environment.
