This position provides administrative support, manages logistical operations, custodial operations, and emergency preparedness. The Operations Coordinator contributes to the efficient, safe, and effective functioning of the school environment.Essential Functions include, but are not limited to, the following:Serve as a point of contact for operational needs.Support planning, coordination, and monitoring of day-to-day operational activities.Communicate with team members and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.Maintenance and monitoring of operational systems, records and logs.Help ensure that front office operations run efficiently and reflect a welcoming, professional environment.Assist in maintaining and updating the emergency procedures, plans, and materials.Support compliance with relevant data management and reporting.Engage in and manage special projects as assigned and needed.Provide support to the Principal as needed.Manage custodial maintenance.Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:Familiarity with educational regulations, compliance requirements, and operational policies.Basic First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree preferred.High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 1-3 years of administrative, customer service, or operations experience.Experience working in the educational, youth-serving environment is strongly preferred.Prior experience in a K-12 educational or charter school environment.Physical Demands and Work Environment:Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods and move throughout the building to observe classrooms and activities.Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally (books, materials, equipment).Work may include occasional evening or weekend hours for events, meetings, or emergencies.How to ApplyTo apply, send resume to lolivas@propeleducation.com
