We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Contract Analyst to join our Analytics Team and help drive our contracting and RFP processes forward.As a Contract Analyst, you’ll work closely with our Contract Manager and General Counsel to provide critical support in drafting, negotiating, and tracking a wide variety of agreements. You’ll also play an essential role in maintaining the efficiency of our legal operations and supporting the RFP/Bid process.100% remote with in-office requirements as needed for training and meetings.What You'll DoDraft legal documents and correspondence for review and approval by counselAssist in creating and updating our internal contracts playbookCoordinate contract review and approval with legal, implementation, and account management teamsTrack and manage document execution and contract statusSupport leadership during the RFP/Bid processMaintain and organize the True Rx Contract DatabaseCollaborate across departments and assist with special projects as neededWhat You BringYou’re proactive, precise, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
