{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"08c7451a3aee85286e49f112","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/08c7451a3aee85286e49f112","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/08c7451a3aee85286e49f112","title":"Maintenance","description":"Job Description\nDepartment: Facility Services\nDivision: LLC, Wholly owned by The Shawnee Tribe\nJob Title: Facility Services Tech\nGeneral Definition: Responsible for building environment and grounds by maintaining\nbuilding, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment as\nwell as grounds keeping and repair services.\nSupervision Received: Facility Services Supervisor\nSupervision Exercised: N/A\n\nEssential Job Functions:\n\nSecure building and occupants by maintaining alarm and fire protection devices.\nMaintain lighting by installing light bulbs and ballasts, repairing electrical wiring and\nfixtures.\n\nMaintain building climate by trouble-shooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning\nequipment.\n\nKeep equipment operational, systems and building ready for use by completing\npreventive maintenance schedules, maintain maintenance records, follow policies and\nprocedures, complete repairs and install replacement parts and report needed changes.\n\nMaintain building accessibility and appearance by picking up litter and removing ice and\nsnow from walkways and parking lot.\n\nPaint and mow the lawn as well as clean the surrounding landscape.\nMaintain the facility plumbing including all water fixtures and sprinklers.\nHaul files and boxes, move furniture, set up furnishings, prepare rooms for meetings,\nassemble public announcement and audio visual equipment following manufacturer’s\noperating and care guidelines, and repair/install replacement parts to assure equipment is\nin working order when needed.\n\nIdentify and correct hazardous property conditions.\nPerform all other duties as assigned\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education:\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent\nTraining and Experience:\n\nPrevious maintenance, construction and/or landscaping experience preferred\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\n\nMust be able to utilize a work order maintenance system to receive and complete work\norders\n\nMust be able to work at heights above floor levels of up to fifty (50) feet utilizing ladders\nand/or automated lift devices and occasionally work near moving mechanical parts\n\nMust be able to step, bend, climb, crawl, and reach in all directions with hands and arms\nMust have general knowledge of machine and electrical hardware\nMust be able to tolerate various climates and temperatures, including outside weather\nconditions or indoor climate controlled environments\n\nMay be required to lift up to fifty (50) pounds, possess good manual dexterity, and\nhand/eye coordination\n\nMust be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods of time in order to properly\nperform the assigned job duties\n\nMust be able to perform basic computer functions to review, input and complete daily\nwork assignments in a WOM system\n\nMust be able to read, understand, apply, and retain knowledge of departmental rules,\nregulations, and policies\n\nMust be able to follow all instructions, written and oral\nMust be able to handle various cleaning solvents, chemicals, etc.\nMust be able to work in fast paced environment\nMust be able to work flexible schedule including;
