As a Senior RF Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting in-building wireless projects from design through deployment as part of the ICN Engineering team. You will work closely with sales, project management, customers, carriers, integrators, and cross-functional engineering teams to design, implement, commission, and optimize DAS solutions for complex venues and high-capacity environments. This role can be either hybrid out of our office in Richardson or remote, based in the Southwest/ western U.S. Ideal candidates will be near a major airport as travel can reach up to 50-60% of time during peak seasons. You Will Make an Impact By: Designing RF coverage solutions for buildings, stadiums, subways, and other complex capacity-driven in-building environments Performing RF/wireless engineering assignments involving design, development, evaluation, modification, and analysis to deliver optimal system solutions for customers Evaluating customer requirements and engineering tailored in-building DAS solutions to support proposals and project execution Supporting sales and proposal efforts through technical documentation, solution development, and customer-facing presentations Working directly with customers, carriers, integrators, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle Executing system/product commissioning and testing for DAS deployments in the field Performing DAS commissioning and optimization using tools such as iBwave, propagation tools, and spectrum analyzers Providing field support during deployments and helping resolve technical and non-technical issues as they arise Applying sound engineering judgment to adapt standard techniques and develop practical solutions to moderately complex field and design challenges Managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Required Qualifications for Consideration: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in a similar field with 2+ years of relevant experience Strong technical understanding of wireless technologies such as LTE and 5G NR Prior experience with in-building DAS design, equipment, and deployments Experience using iBwave and other RF design / test tools such as propagation modeling tools and spectrum analyzers Ability to work effectively on project teams consisting of departmental and cross-functional personnel Ability to work directly with customers and internal teams to resolve technical and non-technical issues Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment Ability to carry and/or move test equipment up to 25–50 pounds in the field Willingness and ability to travel based on project needs, which can be up to 50–60% during peak deployment seasons Able to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future You Will Excite Us If You: Have experience in customer-facing RF engineering, deployment, or sales support environments Bring experience from DAS competitors, integrators, neutral host providers, or installation partners Have experience supporting large public venues such as stadiums, transit systems, or other high‑capacity in‑building environments Have exposure to Ericsson or Samsung RAN environments Bring experience with Andrew DAS products, or the ability to quickly learn new product lines and technologies Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority/Female/Disabled/Veteran/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/National Origin #J-18808-Ljbffr
