Responsibilities include processing requisitions, maintaining contract records, coordinating vendor communications, and assisting IT procurement initiatives. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills to support cross-functional stakeholders and ensure timely execution of procurement activities.Core ResponsibilitiesProcurement SupportReview requisitions in Novatus to confirm accuracy and completenessSend purchase orders and supporting documentation to vendorsCommunicate status updates between vendors and internal requestersCoordinate contract execution and signature workflows internally and externallyContract AdministrationMaintain and update contract database in Novatus with accurate metricsProvide contract status updates to the IT procurement teamMonitor impending contract expirations and notify for renewalsAdditional SupportAssist with ad hoc initiatives and projects to support procurement objectivesTechnical QualificationsMinimum 1 year of relevant procurement experienceExposure to contract management preferredFamiliarity with Novatus (or similar procurement/CLM systems) beneficialGeneral QualificationsStrong verbal and written communicationExcellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detailEducationBachelor's degree required (BA/BS)Please share profile to Kirankumar@argyllinfotech.
