You will perform secretarial duties that require knowledge of legal procedures and terminology.Responsibilities include:Prepares documents and correspondence such as contracts, letters, electronic transmittals and scheduling correspondencePrepare document comparisons (i.e. redlines) and analyze distinctionsAdvanced familiarity with PowerPoint and the ability to create appealing presentationsProficient in Word, Outlook and WebExMaintains files and calendars, schedule appointments, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements and submit expenses related to the sameWillingness to learn and become proficient in company-utilized computer systems and programsRequirements include:Bachelor's degree is preferred5+ years of experience in legal administrative assistant role or other similar admin support position is requiredStrong organizational skill and attention to detail is requiredAbility to multi-task is requiredMust have strong communication and written skills is requiredProficiency in Power Point and Excel is preferredBenefitsHCA Healthcare, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
