{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"089c84c7c697204ab3e06191","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/089c84c7c697204ab3e06191","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/089c84c7c697204ab3e06191","title":"Electro Mechanical Assembler","description":"Job Responsibilities:\nPerform all levels of electronic assembly and testing where needed.\nAssemble complex mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies following work instructions and/or drawings.\nInspect electronic assemblies for proper workmanship as defined in assembly procedures.\nImplement Lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement strategies.\nCarry out assignments in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring work is in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and safety codes.\nOperate within standard operating procedures (SOPs).\nClean and maintain the work area, and properly turn off and lock out equipment when applicable.\nAdhere to production schedules and report material shortages.\nAccurately document all required entries in an electronic Device History Record and assembly logs.\nComply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with regard to material labeling, SOPs, and proper segregation of material in the production process.\nRequirements:\nPhysical & Environmental Requirements:\nBe able to stand and/or sit for 10+ hours a day and lift up to 20 lbs.\nDemonstrate good hand dexterity while working on small parts.\nOperations may require the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, or steel-toed shoes.\nTechnical Skills:\nDemonstrate complex mechanical assembly capability.\nMust have basic computer skills;
