Other relevant essential functions may be required.\n\nWhat you need:\n\n· 8-10 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Node.js and React\n\n· Experience with RESTful APIs, Oracle or RDBMS, and microservices architecture\n\n· Strong knowledge of front-end performance optimization and responsive design\n\n· Proficiency in modern development tools and practices (Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines)\n\n· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)\n\n· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills\n\n· Strongly Preferred Experience:\n\n· Experience or hands-on work with Java technologies like Groovy\n\n· Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies\n\n· Experience with Secure development practices and security optimization\n\n· Track record of mentoring and leading engineering teams\n\nCompensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.\n\nRole Location: Missouri\n\nCompensation Range: $118,000-$177,000\n\nBenefits\n\nFull-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits.
