PermanentApply NowTitle: Emergency Response & Security CoordinatorLocation: Lake Jackson, TXSalary: $94,000 - $119,500Schedule: 9/80's; 5/8'sFocus: The Emergency Response & Security Coordinator is responsible for providing Emergency Response and Security training to all applicable personnel, coordinating and implementing the emergency response and Security management system including assisting plants with drill development and critique, ensuring correct protections are identified, and coordinating with contracted emergency response organization. The Emergency Response & Security Coordinator will also assist with training and communications on security policies and topics to ensure site personnel are prepared for potential security incidents. In addition, they will respond, investigate and document security related events across the site. They will also provide technical Emergency Responder and Security coaching and expertise to the broader organization.Emergency Response & Security Coordinator Essential Job Functions:Facilitate Emergency Response and Security Training for the TXO SiteAssist with training and communications on Emergency Response and Security policies and topics to ensure site personnel are prepared for potential security incidentsEnsure that relevant policies and procedures are current and in compliance with applicable regulatory requirementsProvide technical expertise (specifically emergency response & security) and coaching to facilitate broad accountability of the H/S processInvestigate/document security and emergency response incidents and prepare reports in accordance with the company policies and submit by required deadlinesEmergency Response & Security Coordinator Minimum Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree* in Environmental or Occupational Health & Safety, or related discipline strongly preferredMinimum of 7 years of emergency response or security experience; chemical manufacturing or law enforcement experience preferredPrevious criminal investigation experience preferredAbility to offer guidance on all aspects of Emergency Response and Security issues to include: State and Federal applicable lawsSecurity, Emergency Response, Drill & Rescue Planning, Fire Protection Systems, Behavior-Based Safety Processes knowledge preferredMust be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's licenseStrong Careers Grow HereAs a global leader in both chemical manufacturing and ammunition, Olin empowers over 8,000 individuals to make an impact both at work and in our surrounding communities.
