Our provider-led organization delivers exceptional care across eight counties in Indiana and Ohio. We are currently in search of a BC/BE General Radiologist, preferably with fellowship training in musculoskeletal imaging, to join our team of seven full-time radiologists. Our collaborative group includes three fellowship-trained interventional radiologists, as well as specialists in neuro and body imaging. There are three employment models available for this role.Position Overview:Full-time position employed by the hospitalWork Schedule: Day shift from 7 AM to 4 PM, with one swing shift (11 AM - 8 PM) and one evening shift (4 PM - midnight) each week.Nighthawk coverage is contracted from midnight to 7 AM daily, with a Radiologist on-call at a ratio of 1:8.Employment models available: 100% on-site, 100% teleradiology, or a hybrid of both.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive base salary along with quarterly productivity bonuses and sign-on incentives.Radiologists typically enjoy one day off each week and 10 weeks of vacation annually.Personal office space provided, along with complimentary meals during weekly breakfast and lunch in a designated physician lounge.Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).Comprehensive benefits package.Medical malpractice coverage and tail insurance included.403b retirement plan with company matching.Health, medical, dental, and vision insurance options.Membership to a country club for social activities.
