The successful candidate will apply programming and systems-analysis expertise to translate operational needs into effective technical solutions, evaluate system requirements, develop program specifications, and resolve complex data-processing and software-integration challenges. This individual will collaborate with users, developers, engineers, and technical leadership to analyze requirements, assess alternative solutions, design system enhancements, and ensure compatibility among interrelated programs, files, records, and data sources. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining program logic and code; diagnosing software defects; conducting feasibility and impact analyses; testing and documenting changes; preparing operating instructions; and supporting the implementation of new or modified systems.
