Work directly with a community of creative engineers and collaborate on projects that push the boundaries of what is possible.\r\nResponsibilities Lead and empower your team to successfully conduct projects that meet both internal and external customer needs.\r\nBuild and maintain a project roadmap that aligns with our daring goals and customer expectations.\r\nDetermine project goals and scope, ensuring execution and delivery.\r\nFoster an inclusive and collaborative environment that promotes innovation and creativity.\r\nQualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Math, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\r\nAt least five years of overall experience, including three or more in team management, with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.\r\nExperience in designing and testing large-scale software backed with solid examples from past career.\r\nProficiency in C++ and Python, showcasing your technical versatility.\r\nStrong communication skills, enabling direct contact and effective collaboration with the open source community.\r\nPreferred Experience Experience with image processing concepts and algorithms (e.g., geometry transformations, filtering, morphological operations, color models).\r\nKnowledge of image and data compression formats and algorithms (e.g., jpeg, tiff, png, deflate, zStd, ANS).\r\nExpertise in parallel programming and performance optimization on modern computer architectures (e.g., CUDA, MPI, NVSHMEM, NCCL, AVX).\r\nPrior experience working with distributed teams, demonstrating your ability to manage and coordinate effectively across different locations.\r\nCompensation & Benefits Base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. Base salary range: 200,000 USD-322,000 USD.
