Key Responsibilities
Deliver a seamless customer onboarding experience for bookkeeping services and related add-ons
Review new client financials to identify complexities, risks, and determine the appropriate scope of work
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot advanced accounting issues and improve operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
5-8+ years of experience in accounting, client onboarding, or operations-focused roles
Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting and complex accounting scenarios
Proven ability to assess messy or incomplete books and set realistic expectations
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
