Visit TextronSystems.com & Lycoming.com to read more about who we are and the products we make!\n\n_*About This Role*_\n\nWe believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for:\n\n* Electronic/electrical assembly and sub-assembly processes including precision electrical, mechanical, cable and harness assemblies\n* Perform self-inspection and testing of assemblies produced\n* May also be qualified (via Quality System) to perform final inspections of assemblies\n* Works with engineers to assist in the development of new products or processes\n* Other related duties as required\n\n*Qualifications*\n\n* High School diploma plus 2+ years of manufacturing assembly experience is required.\n* Relevant military experience in electronic equipment is a plus.\n* Ability to communicate and interface with program team to plan, prioritize, and execute an aggressive manufacturing schedule.\n* Ability to read and comprehend instructions, procedures and basic engineering drawings and specifications.\n* Experience with tools necessary to fabricate and test electronic circuitry\n* Ability to work with minimum supervision.\n* Solid background in digital and analog circuitry.\n* IPC certified or able to obtain certification in J-STD-001 (Requirements for Solder & Electrical and Electronic Assemblies).\n* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point).\n* Unit and Systems Level Test experience, including performance of system calibrations, is a plus.\n* Must be a US citizen able to obtain/maintain a SECRET security clearance.\n\n*How We Care*\nAt Textron Systems, our talented people make us successful.
