Be a Hi-Five Birthday Party Host and create unforgettable moments for our guests! Hi-Five Sports Chicago (Chi-Town Sports) is looking for a Birthday Party Host with strong leadership and creativity skills and loads of energy to host sports-themed birthday parties for kids ages 4 - 12. Parties occur on Saturdays and Sundays anywhere between 9AM - 6 PM and last for 2 hours. Birthday Party Coaches are "take-charge" people who love working with children. They can have fun, while simultaneously being responsible and good role models to children. A great coach is always three steps ahead of the schedule and takes personal pride in making our program the best it can be. Responsibilities: Lead Party Activities: Organize and run party games, sports activities, and other interactive events tailored to the age and interests of the children. Engage Children: Use high energy and a fun attitude to keep children excited and engaged throughout the party. Safety Management: Monitor children closely to ensure safety and provide a welcoming, inclusive environment. Set Up and Clean Up: Assist with the setup of party spaces, decorations, and activity stations, and help clean up after each event. Personalized Experience: Tailor each party to the child’s preferences, accommodating any special themes or requests as communicated by parents. Customer Service: Interact with parents and guardians in a friendly, professional manner to ensure all expectations are met. Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other party staff or hosts to ensure a smooth, efficient event. Requirements: Experience with Kids: Prior experience working with children, especially in sports, camps, or party settings. Energetic Personality: Must be outgoing, energetic, and able to keep children engaged and excited. Excellent Communication Skills: Clear communication with both kids and adults. Organizational Skills: Ability to organize activities and manage time effectively to keep the party running smoothly. Safety Awareness: Knowledge of basic child safety practices and emergency protocols. Flexible Availability: Primarily weekends, with some weekday availability for special events.
