You’ll support essential warehouse operations to help receive, organize, and prepare parts that keep our production running smoothly.\nPerfect attendance is required — this is a small, tight-knit crew where every member is critical to meeting our Saturday goals.\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain up-to-date records of inventory movements using warehouse management systems or manual logs\nReplenish picking locations and rotate products according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles\nAssist with order picking, packing, and shipping as needed\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following safety protocols and housekeeping standards\nReport inventory shortages, overages, or damages to the Inventory Manager promptly\nOperate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks (training provided if needed)\nCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong reliability and excellent attendance are essential — we depend on every team member showing up as scheduled.\nAbility to work early Saturdays (6:00 AM start)\nPositive attitude and strong teamwork skills\nAttention to detail in a fast-paced warehouse environment\nAbility to lift up to 45 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods\nPrevious warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing experience is a plus (but not required)\nMust be dependable, self starter and take pride in quality work\nWhat We Offer\nConsistent Saturday-only schedule (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)\nCompetitive pay of $16–$17 per hour\nWeekly pay, Pay day is Wednesdays!\nSupportive small-team environment\nOpportunity to contribute to a local automotive components manufacturer\nThis is an excellent opportunity for students looking to earn money around class schedules, retirees wanting to stay active while supplementing their income, parents that don’t have sitter coverage until the weekend, side-hustlers needing a reliable extra income stream, or anyone in the Bryan, Ohio area who wants steady, consistent weekend work without weekday obligations.
