We aren’t another out-of-touch tech startup, most of our team comes from construction.\nWe spent the last few years building the brain behind construction. Now we are deploying workflows/ agents, starting with Q&A document chatbot, to be ingrained in construction teams’ workflows, ultimately to automate construction. Given our immense traction with several Fortune 500 construction companies, we are doubling our team in order to deploy several more agents this year. You will have an opportunity to drive the transformation of a multi-trillion-dollar industry full of waste, risks and inefficiencies.\nWhat you will do and achieve:\nBuild and iterate on existing features based on customer feedback in collaboration with our PM and implementation manager\nBuild new and expand existing system integrations with our products\nIterate on our backend to ensure it is scalable enough to support thousands of users\nEnsure our application is reliable and bug-free\nBuild functionality to remove friction from onboarding process for thousand+ new users\nPlay an active part in the conversations around product strategy and be willing to bring in novel ideas\nPerform routine site audits, as well as ongoing maintenance, on an as-needed basis.\nAct as a liaison between integrations team, implementation team, client stakeholders (IT) to assist in technical explanations and exploration.\nWho you are:\nProficiency in TypeScript\nExpertise in Backend development (Node + Express)\nExpertise in Frontend development (React)\nExperience in data schema modeling\nComfortable with relational and non-relational databases\nPrevious experience shipping products to users\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nStrong interpersonal skills and able to work in a team\nAbility to work independently and manage time efficiently\nSolution-oriented and high-level programming skills\nWhat we offer\nA close-knit and collaborative early-stage startup environment where every voice is heard and every opinion matters; currently we're 25 team members\nCompetitive salary and stock option equity packages\n3 Medical Plans to choose from including 100% covered option.
