We need a lead tech who can run jobs, match texture, and leave walls looking new.\n\nWhat you’ll do\n\n* Lead on-site drywall and plaster repairs: holes, cracks, seams, water stains, delamination\n* Hang, tape, mud, sand, and finish to a paint-ready or level-5 surface\n* Match existing textures (orange peel, knockdown, smooth, popcorn removal)\n* Repair or skim plaster; prep and paint when the job includes it\n* Set the standard for the crew: quality, cleanup, and customer communication\n* Estimate materials and time; keep jobs on schedule\n* Perform basic tasks that are necessary to complete ceiling and wall repairs.\n* Maintain company provided van and tools.\n\nWhat you need\n\n* 5+ years drywall and plaster repair, residential preferred\n* Strong finish work and texture matching\n* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation\n* Able to lift 50+ lb, work on ladders, and work in occupied homes\n* Lead experience or the ability to run a small crew\n* Good communication skills\n* Ability To work clean.\n\nNice to have\n\n* Painting experience\n* Own basic hand tools\n\nPay: competitive, based on experience.
