Together, we protect what matters most.\nYour Career Starts Here!\nKey Responsibilities:\nMaintain a visible and professional presence to deter illegal activities and ensure the safety of personnel, visitors, and property.\nMonitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.\nProvide exceptional customer service and greet employees and visitors.\nPatrol property on golf cart; observe and report any suspicious activity.\nRespond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.\nUse excellent customer service and communication skills to deescalate tense or potentially violent situations.\nCollaborate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.\nAccurately document and report incidents, activities, and observations using company-approved forms and protocols.\nInspect the premises for security risks, hazards, or violations and report findings to the appropriate personnel.\nComply with all state regulations, including maintaining current unarmed security license in Texas.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods (minimum of 1 hour).\nAbility to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.\nMust be capable of functioning independently and remaining calm in high-pressure or intense situations.\n\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nValid Level 2 Security License in the state of Florida (or eligibility to obtain one).\nPrior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively in high-stress environments while demonstrating professionalism and sound judgment.\nMust pass a background check and drug screening.\nAvailability to work the posted schedule.\nValid FL DL\n\nWork Environment:\nPrimary post will be at one of our facilities Miami/ Miami Beach),\n\nWhy Join Platinum Group Security?\nCompetitive compensation and benefits.\nUniforms provided at no cost.\nBiweekly pay via direct deposit.\nPaid Time Off.\nSupportive team environment with opportunities for growth and career advancement.\nA commitment to training and professional development.\n\nApplication Process:\nTo apply, please submit your resume, a copy of your valid Florida security licenses ( Level \"2\")\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer:\nPlatinum Group Security is an equal opportunity employer.
