Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute business plans to increase new business submissions and premium across products Engage with commercial insurance brokers through various communication methods and educate them on underwriting appetite Coordinate business development activities with the marketing team and communicate broker feedback to internal teamsRequired QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in selling commercial P&C insurance products Prior experience with insurance products for the hospitality industry is required Property/casualty broker's license in the state of domicile Bachelor's Degree preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
