Run and lead requirements-gathering/alignment meetings with lab stakeholders independently—roughly the other half of the day. Coordinate with the rest of the AC team so builds are designed for the enterprise, not just a single market/state.Present the build and its workflow impact to a range of audiences, including physicians and executive stakeholders. Support go-live command center activities, including off-hours availability during go-live windows.Must Have Active Epic Beaker CP (Clinical Pathology) certification WITH hands-on CP implementation experience—certification alone, or Epic experience limited to other modules, will not meet the bar. 2+ hospital system deployments strongly preferred; a single deployment considered only if at a large, highly complex system (comparable to Sentara or Centura).
