Full-Time Accounting Manager

The Director of Accounting will support a leading furniture manufacturing organization, reporting to the CFO and collaborating with executive leadership.Primary responsibilities include leading financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics; providing financial modeling and variance analysis; supporting pricing, costing, and capital investment evaluations; developing KPIs; and utilizing statistical and predictive models to identify business opportunities.Ideal candidates possess proven finance leadership experience, advanced analytical skills, expertise in Excel and ERP systems, and strong communication abilities.Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (Master's preferred), CPA or equivalent, 15+ years of finance experience with 5+ years in leadership, and industry-specific experience in furniture. Proficiency in MS Office, Oracle, Power BI, and Hyperion is desirable.
