Maintains good, continuous, positive, and helpful contact with existing clients.\nPrepares proposals and/or qualification statements to include pre-implementation estimates and prepares and presents winning presentations.\nResponsible for execution of project schedules, scope, and budgets.\nDevelops and maintains project schedules and budgets. Prepares Project Planning Worksheet. Accountable for on-time and on-budget project performance.\nDetermines project team makeup and assigns internal and external workloads.\nConducts project kick-off meetings to communicate and obtain agreement on the project schedule.\nMonitors and follows up on invoicing and payments.\nAccountable for the overall design phase including conducting design review meetings, ensuring progress drawings are met, providing progress reports to Principal-in-Charge, and involving the client in design development.\nManages our participation in the bidding phase according to individual project requirements.
