They are a proactive team player who communicates effectively across departments and thrives in a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environment. A strong understanding of safety processes, data systems, and confidentiality , along with a commitment to supporting workplace safety initiatives, will set them apart.\n\nIDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE\n\nHigh school diploma required; Associate’s degree in a related field preferred\n\n2–3 years of administrative or safety support experience preferred\n\nFamiliarity with OSHA standards and safety compliance processes is a plus\n\nExperience with workers’ compensation documentation or claims tracking preferred\n\nProficient in Microsoft 365 and comfortable working in data systems (LMS or databases)\n\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy\n\nEffective communicator who can collaborate across teams and departments\n\nSelf‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines\n\nDemonstrates discretion and ability to handle confidential information\n\nSpanish language skills are a strong plus\n\nWORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\n\nAbility to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 75 lbs occasionally and frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, twisting, squatting, crawling, and repetitive hand/arm use\n\nCapable of standing, walking, and moving throughout the facility for extended shifts of up to 12 hours\n\nComfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, swing stages, and man lifts frequently\n\nAbility to work safely in a production or field environment with moderate to high exposure to safety risks and hazards\n\nWillingness to work in varying environmental conditions, including wet, hot, humid, and cold weather, and outdoors year‑round\n\nAbility to wear all required PPE, including but not limited to safety boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, high visibility vest, hard hat, and other PPE as required by the task, department, or work area.\n\nThis profile summarizes key duties and expectations but does not list every possible job task.
