Maintenance ManagerThe Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations within the facility, ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and efficient production support. This role leads the maintenance team, manages preventive maintenance programs, and drives continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily maintenance operations, including mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenanceLead, train, and supervise maintenance technicians and support staffDevelop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programsEnsure minimal equipment downtime and quick response to breakdownsCoordinate repairs, installations, and upgrades of machinery and equipmentManage maintenance budgets, expenses, and inventory of spare partsEnsure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policiesCollaborate with production and operations teams to improve equipment performanceMaintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentationIdentify opportunities for process improvements and cost savingsManage vendor relationships and external contractors as neededQualifications5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment2+ years of supervisory or leadership experienceStrong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsExperience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of OSHA and safety compliance standardsSkills & CompetenciesLeadership and team developmentOrganizational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasksAnalytical thinking and continuous improvement mindsetWork EnvironmentManufacturing or distribution center settingMay require standing, walking, lifting, and working in varying temperaturesAvailability for off-shift support or emergency call-ins as needed
