A company is looking for a Division Counsel, Default Title Operations who will provide high-level legal advice and strategic guidance to the default title business units. Key Responsibilities Assess operational and legal risks within default title business lines Create and implement operational disciplines and training to minimize risk and claims Develop claims handling policies and provide legal support for complex default transactional issues Required Qualifications 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in mortgage loan default matters Admitted to the state bar and in good standing Strong background in regulatory compliance Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in a fast-paced legal environment
