Principal Supply Chain Engineer, Equipment Spares & Service
Job Description: Define and implement the end-to-end strategy for equipment spares and services across all operationsDevelop and execute spares planning, inventory optimization, and stocking strategies to mitigate downtime riskEstablish and scale service models (OEM, in-house, or hybrid), including SLAs and performance managementOwn commercial relationships and contracts for spares, warranties, and service agreementsLead supplier engagement for spares provisioning, repair services, and long-term support programsEnsure equipment availability and uptime aligned to HVM manufacturing requirementsBuild and drive processes for order fulfillment, inventory management, and reverse logisticsPartner with manufacturing leadership and tool owners to align service workflows and execution standardsDefine and enforce operating standards for on-site vendor technicians (FSEs), including onboarding, safety, and performanceRepresent spares and service performance in factory and operational reviews, driving continuous improvementRequirements: 12+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment engineering, or equipment supply chainBachelor's degree in Engineering or a semiconductor-related field (MBA a plus)Deep expertise in capital equipment spares strategy, service models, and tool sustainmentExperience supporting wafer fab and/or backend semiconductor manufacturing environmentsProven track record enabling factory ramps and sustaining high-performance operationsStrong understanding of equipment reliability, failure modes, and lifecycle managementExperience leading cross-functional initiatives across engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers.Benefits: All your information will be kept confidential according to Equal Employment Opportunities guidelines.Please note that we do not accept any application documents via (e-)mail.Furthermore, we do not accept applications from recruitment agencies for this role.Strong operational rigor with experience using KPIs to drive supplier performance and accountability.Experience managing strategic supplier relationships, including executive-level engagement.Ability to influence across functions and levels, including manufacturing and development leadership.Experience driving operational excellence or digital transformation initiatives in equipment sustainment.
