Chiropractic Assistant

Align Chiropractic is growing, and we are looking for the right person to join our team as a Tech Chiropractic AssistantThis is a hands-on, clinical role inside a fast-paced chiropractic office. You will be directly involved in patient care flow, supporting doctors, and helping deliver a high-level experience to every patient who walks through our doors.This is not a desk-only position. This role requires movement, energy, attention to detail, and the ability to operate within structured systems.⸻What You’ll Be Doing:• Supporting patient flow and day-to-day clinical operations• Assisting with in-office procedures and patient progress tracking• Taking and processing digital X-rays (certification required after hire)• Executing systems and protocols with consistency and precision• Maintaining an organized and efficient clinical environment• Supporting the team in delivering a high-performance patient experience⸻Requirements:• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow systems• High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Coachable and open to feedback• Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day• Strong communication and teamwork skills• Willingness to obtain X-ray certification (we will guide you through this process after hire)⸻Schedule:Our office operates during the following hours:• Monday: 7:00–11:30 AM & 1:30–7:30 PM• Tuesday: 9:30 AM–4:00 PM• Wednesday: 7:00–11:30 AM & 1:30–7:30 PM• Thursday: 1:00–7:30 PM• Friday: 6:00 AM–12:00 PMThis position will require availability during a mix of these hours, including evenings.⸻About Align Chiropractic:We are a neurologically-focused chiropractic office committed to helping people function at a higher level and live healthier lives.Our team operates with high standards, strong systems, and a focus on delivering an exceptional patient experience.
