This role will be responsible for driving regional sales performance, managing key accounts, and building a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in distributor management, retail channel development, and strategic sales execution within the U.S. market.Key Responsibilitiesl Lead and manage the U.S. regional distributor network and retail customer relationships, driving revenue growth and market expansionl Own key account management, including business negotiations, contract execution, and long-term relationship developmentl Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive intelligence, providing timely insights to inform business strategyl Develop and manage sales forecasts and order execution, ensuring achievement of regional sales targetsl Coordinate and resolve day-to-day operational issues, including pricing, orders, payments, logistics, and after-sales supportl Plan and execute regional marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market sharel Build, lead, and develop the regional sales team, coaching Regional Sales Managers and driving performance excellenceQualificationsl Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or related fieldl 10+ years of regional sales management experience, preferably within the U.S. marketl Proven experience in distributor/channel management; experience managing retail or franchise retail networks is highly preferredl Strong understanding of the U.S. retail landscape, including both independent and franchise-based retail modelsl Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skillsl Highly results-driven, with the ability to work under pressure and meet ambitious targetsl Strong leadership and team management capabilitiesl Willingness to travel frequently across the United States
