In this highly technical role, you'll design, implement, and support enterprise-scale Cisco datacenter infrastructure while partnering directly with customer stakeholders to modernize, secure, and optimize mission-critical environments. This is a remote opportunity supporting complex, multi-site enterprise deployments.\nHOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT\nDesign, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise datacenter server infrastructure across customer-owned and leased facilities.\nProvide advanced engineering support for Cisco datacenter technologies in both test and production environments.\nEngineer and maintain Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS), Cisco Datacenter Fiber Channel switching, and related infrastructure.\nLead complex infrastructure initiatives including security enhancements, IPv6 migration, automation, and hardware lifecycle management.\nCollaborate with customer stakeholders to develop technical strategies, operational procedures, and support documentation.\nLead implementation efforts across multiple customer teams to successfully deliver mission objectives.\nDevelop and maintain both high-level architecture and detailed technical design documentation.\nSupport enterprise infrastructure operations by resolving complex technical issues and ensuring platform availability and security.\nDrive automation initiatives for server deployment, firmware management, vulnerability remediation, and configuration management.\nWork effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional engineering team.\n\nSKILLS THAT DRIVE SUCCESS\n15+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale enterprise datacenter environments across multiple locations.\nExpert knowledge of Cisco Datacenter Fiber Channel switches, Cisco UCS, UCS Central, UCS Manager, Cisco Integrated Management Controller (CIMC), Cisco Intersight, Intersight Managed Mode, and firmware lifecycle management.\nExtensive experience designing and supporting large, multi-site, multi-vendor enterprise datacenter environments.\nStrong experience with infrastructure automation, including UCS scripting, server provisioning, configuration management, and vulnerability remediation.\nKnowledge of Cisco UCS Fabric Interconnects (6454, 6536, 9801, S9801, and X-Series)\nKnowledge of Openshift, VMWare, NetApp, and Pure storage\nExperience leading or overseeing teams supporting enterprise environments through ticketing and operational support systems.\nProven experience utilizing modern DevOps methodologies, automated testing, monitoring, and continuous delivery practices.\nAbility to support frequent deployment and release cycles in complex enterprise environments.\nExcellent troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.\nWHAT SETS YOU APART\nCurrent CCIE Data Center certification.\nActive Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.\nExperience supporting federal or large enterprise customer environments.\nPreferred location in Austin, TX or Cleveland, OH.\nWillingness to travel up to 10% as business needs require.\nWHY YOU'LL LOVE IT!\nPlay a key role in designing and delivering next-generation enterprise datacenter solutions that directly support critical customer missions.\nWork alongside highly skilled engineers on complex infrastructure modernization and automation initiatives.\nJoin a company experiencing significant growth, creating opportunities for professional development and career advancement.\nBe part of Iron Bow's continued transformation as we redefine the customer and employee experience through innovation and technical excellence.\n\nCOMPENSATION AND BENEFIT INFORMATION\nThe salary range for this position is $170,000-220,000/yr.
