The Warehouse Manager/Driver will oversee warehouse operations, manage inventory, coordinate deliveries, and support our projects across the region. Join a company that values professionalism, teamwork, and growth.ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including supervising warehouse staff and maintaining a clean, organized facilityCoordinate and execute material deliveries to job sites, ensuring timely and efficient serviceReceive, inspect, and track incoming freight and materialsMaintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory countsManage company tools, equipment, and vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and repairsCoordinate special warehouse projects and support field teams with material and equipment needsEnsure compliance with safety standards and support building and property maintenanceCommunicate regularly with project managers and superintendents to align warehouse activities with project requirementsPrepare and submit timely reports as directed by managementServe as a backup driver as needed for company deliveriesPerform other duties as assigned by managementQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver’s license with an acceptable driving recordCurrent forklift licenseExperience managing tool, equipment, and material inventoryStrong organizational and planning skillsExcellent punctuality, reliability, and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to lift up to 75 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks such as climbing, crouching, and carrying materialsWillingness to work overtime, including nights and weekends, as neededProficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferredUnderstanding of construction tools and acoustical materials preferredAbility to communicate in Spanish preferredCommercial Driver License (CDL) preferredVisit our website and check out the work we're proud of!
