Come ready to ask questions, solve problems, and turn ideas into solutions.\n\nLocation: West Plant (5055 36th St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512)\n\nShift: Day shift\n\nTarget Pay: The target starting pay for this position is 23.00/hour for rotation 1\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\n\nSupport new product development for injection molded parts\nAssist in the design and development of products, components, and assemblies\nWork with cross-functional teams to build relationships for implementing new products and product changes\nAssist in appropriate documentation completion\nConduct product testing and prototyping activities\nSupport continuous improvement and efficiency efforts\nWork with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot molding issues and propose engineering solutions\nUnderstand the manufacturing environment and how to collaborate with different stakeholders to solve problems\nPerform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives\n\nCulture Bearer\n\nUnderstands and supports the values of the Triple Bottom Line (TBL)\nExhibits high moral and ethical standards and high integrity\nValues people regardless of their background\nExhibits the traits of a servant leader\nExhibit the principles of 7 Habits and Emotional Intelligence\nEncourages open dialogue and communication\nDevelops high trust relationships within all levels of the organization\nPursues Excellence\n\nAt Cascade Engineering, we welcome and celebrate diversity and inclusion.
