Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.\n\nWork Experience\n\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience required.\n3+ years of Account Manager experience required.\nPrevious experience with Building Technology Systems essential.\nExcellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence is essential.\nStrong Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM is essential.\nAbility to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.\n\nAdditional skills preferred but not required\n\nTechnical sales experience a plus.\nDesign-Build fundamentals a plus.\nMechanical, Electrical, Automation or similar experience preferred.\n\nBenefits\n\nAdvance your career with Stark Tech, a leader in facilities and energy solutions.
