needs)*\n\n*Responsibilities:*\n\n* Share responsibility in the preparation of Daily Plans and the preparation of teaching materials.\n* Conduct daily small or large group activities for an assigned group of children and use appropriate adult/child interaction strategies with all children.\n* Provide coverage for breaks for other staff members.\n* Supervise daily lunch and playground activities, field trips, and walks\n* Promote individualized attention for children by freeing teachers from routine duties.\n* Work with the teaching team in all activities, including but not limited to housekeeping, diapering, toilet training, meal service, and record keeping.\n\n*Qualifications:*\n\n* Preschool CDA credential or an Associate Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education\n* Minimum of 6 months or more experience working with children in a childcare facility\n* 3 professional reference letters\n* Updated TB test within 1 year\n* CPR/First Aid certification Card (not required but a plus)\n* Updated COVID-19 Vaccination Card (not required but a plus)\n\n*Required Skills*\n\n* Interact while expressing genuine warmth and concern for children as well as an understanding of their developmental needs.\n* Respect for children’s ideas, feelings, abilities, and differences, insights into and tolerance for the range of age-appropriate behavior\n* Ability to assume needed duties and responsibilities without supervision\n* Ability to use discretion in communications with parents in the Teacher‘s absence\n* Ability to move and react quickly and to handle emergencies effectively\n* Ability to abide by all rules and regulations applicable to workers of the center\n* Ability to accept changes in schedules, environment, etc.\n* Acquire knowledge of the current curriculum and
