You will partner directly with CFOs, Controllers, Finance leaders, and executive stakeholders to streamline financial operations, improve reporting visibility, strengthen internal controls, and deliver scalable NetSuite solutions that drive measurable business value.You will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the full implementation lifecycle, helping organizations transform accounting across complex client environments.Daily ResponsibilitiesLeading full-cycle NetSuite Financial implementations across discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimizationFacilitating executive-level workshops with CFOs, Controllers, Accounting leaders, FP&A teams, Procurement groups, and operational stakeholdersGathering and documenting complex business requirements across financial and operational workflowsConfiguring NetSuite Financial modules to support scalable and efficient business operationsDesigning best-practice NetSuite solutions focused on financial reporting, revenue recognition, consolidations, procurement workflows, and internal controlsManaging Solution Design Documents, process maps, configuration workbooks, and functional specificationsPartnering with Project Managers to oversee timelines, deliverables, scope management, and risk mitigation effortsDriving User Acceptance Testing activities, deployment readiness, and issue resolution initiativesSupporting financial data migration activities including chart of accounts mapping, open transactions, historical balances, and revenue schedulesDelivering end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions for Accounting, Finance, AP, AR, Procurement, and Operations teamsCollaborating with technical teams on integrations, workflow automation, reporting solutions, customizations, and third-party financial applicationsAdvising clients on post-go-live optimization strategies and continuous process improvement opportunitiesSupporting multiple concurrent enterprise client implementations within fast-paced consulting environmentsQualifications5+ years of hands-on NetSuite consulting and implementation experienceStrong expertise configuring NetSuite Financials including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Financial ReportingDeep understanding of accounting operations, ERP best practices, and financial process optimizationProven experience leading full-cycle ERP or NetSuite implementationsStrong knowledge of Revenue Recognition, ASC 606, Multi-Book Accounting, and Multi-Entity consolidationsExperience leading executive-level client workshops and stakeholder discussionsStrong experience with Saved Searches, SuiteAnalytics, Dashboards, KPIs, and financial reporting toolsExperience supporting Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash business processesAbility to create detailed functional documentation, process flows, and solution design materialsStrong consulting, presentation, communication, and client management skillsExperience working within fast-paced consulting environmentsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related fieldNetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, or Financial User Certification strongly preferredCPA background or strong accounting foundation highly preferredAbility to travel up to 20% based on project needsMust be authorized to work in the United States
