This role is responsible for delivering a high-quality student experience by leading staffing, training, coaching development, and site operations.As the primary field leader, the RPM ensures coaches are prepared for success through ongoing development and in-field coaching. This role blends program leadership, people management, and training execution to drive consistent, high-quality delivery aligned to Elevo standards. The RPM also serves as the primary point of contact for site-level partners, building strong relationships with school staff and principals to ensure alignment, responsiveness, and satisfaction.
