Job Summary We’re seeking a Project Coordinator with 3D CAD experience to assist with the processing and coordination of shade structure projects. This role involves preparing technical drawings from established designs, overseeing project workflows, and working closely with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate and timely completion. Responsibilities Create and process structure plans using 3D CAD software, Excel, and PDF Specify dimensions, materials, and technical details for standard and customized structures Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure clarity and accuracy Oversee multiple active projects and meet internal deadlines Qualifications Experience with AutoDesk Inventor, other 3D CAD Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Great computer operation skills are required; Microsoft Excel experience preferred Effective communication and problem-solving skills Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Ability to Commute: Prescott Valley, AZ 86314 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Prescott Valley, AZ 86314: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
