The candidate must be able to accurately receive material and or ship outbound finished product, capture required information and complete necessary documentation. Experience in the food manufacturing industry a plus.\nRaw Bay Operator:\nThe Loader Operator is responsible to correctly, safely and efficiently move, convey and store various bulk and packaged food material products and grain milling by-products. The Loader Operator plays an important role in the efficiency of plant operations by managing consistent material flow to the plant for processing. The operator is responsible for the safe operation of heavy equipment, pride and ownership in running and maintaining the equipment is critical.\nFinished Feed Operator:\nThe Loader Operator is responsible to ensure outbound loads are scaled in and out correctly, inbound supplement loads are received in and product is sent to the right location. In addition, all related paperwork is accurately filled out. The operator is responsible for the safe operation of heavy equipment, pride and ownership in running and maintaining the equipment is critical.\nWork Schedule:\n11pm-7:30am Monday-Friday, Weekends and Holidays as needed.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nPerform all tasks in a safe manner in compliance with safety programs and procedures.\nContinually mount and dismount the equipment being operated.\nRequires sure footing and balance due to the potential of a slick environment.\nPerform routine preventative maintenance and maintain cleanliness of equipment.\nRoutine filter, radiator and lubrication checks / cleaning.\nPrevious experience with operating a wheel loader & material handling equipment required.\nMust make it a priority to maintain your work area, equipment and facilities properly.\nSituational awareness is a must do when working around heavy equipment and machinery (good vision and hearing)\nCompensation and Benefits:\nWe offer a generous benefits package including:\n401(k) plan with company match\nHealth Insurance\nDental and Vision insurance available\nFlexible Spending Accounts\nPaid Vacation and Holidays\nRequired Education and Experience:\nHigh school diploma or GED degree or related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nYou must have reliable transportation to be available for your scheduled work hours.\nPhysical Demands and Requirements:\nThis job can be physically strenuous from time to time. You will need the ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds and occasionally more.
